Harihareshwar is a small town in Raigad district of Maharashtra. The city is surrounded by three main hills called Harihareshwar, Harshinachal and Pushpadri. Hence the name Harihareshwar.
One can visit the Harihareshwar beach. The beach is clean, tidy, amazing. The beach has musical waves where water waves fall on rocks and the sound creates melody. It is definitely a soothing experience.
Also, one can visit ganesh gulley. Gulley means narrow passage. There is a narrow passage in between two mountains. This passage leads to the sea. The place is heaven for photographers.
There is a temple in Harihareshwar called Kaal Bhairav temple. Kalbhairav is believed to be a form of Lord Shiva. The temple was built by Peshwas. At the upper side of the temple there is a viewpoint called as Shukla Tirth view point. The view of Arabian sea is amazing from this point.
One can reach Harihareshwar by road using private vehicles and public transport too. Nearest railway stations are Mangaon and Roha.
